Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every tee, sweatshirt, mug and tumbler from Caffeineinblood to earn its place on your desk or in your closet. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. Caffeineinblood is operated by Caffeine & Quills.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

Approval Required

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. If approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
5. We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
6. We issue your refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears. You will receive an email when your refund is issued.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States. We sell and ship within the United States only.
